Development of Corporate Partnership Programme

Is your organisation looking for strategies to promote its products or services to the general public in Papua New Guinea?

Partner with us

The Papua New Guinea Red Cross Society is developing the framework for a Corporate Partnerships programme as an initiative to cultivate partnerships with the corporate world. We invite corporate members to become involved with the Society through a variety of means. These could include the following:

  • Nominate someone to the Finance committee
  • Support to technical areas that PNGRC does
    not have such as:
    i. IT (both connectivity, website development);
    ii. Maintenance; etc.,
iii. by providing advice and assisting in preparation of TORs for quotes or tender documents.
  • Contribute to Technical Working Groups
  • Joint programmes (where they support the
    aims of each organisation)
  • Other, open for consideration

Framework for Corporate Partnerships Programme

The Corporate Partnerships Programme invites Corporations to become a Corporate Partner through making an annual contribution in cash or kind. There are different kinds of support to the value of a particular level of membership, or a combination of both cash and Kind could be
in the following areas:

  • Goods
  • Services
  • Logistics
  • Other

Recognition of Partners will be acknowledgement on the ‘Tok Out’, the PNG Red Cross quarterly newsletter, on publications, and at other opportunities as they present themselves. Free First Aid training will also be offered to members of the Corporate Partner Programme. While this Policy will cover the National Level immediately, it is envisaged that as branches become compliant to an acceptable level with PNG Red Cross procedures regarding their accountability to the National Society, this programme can be rolled out in the Provinces. The Provincial or Branch level programme will be at a level that will allow local business to engage and support the local
branches.
